Dale will be sworn in as 7th Ward City Councilman Monday Nov 9 at 12 Noon.
Flint City Council meetings are held at City Hall, 3rd floor chambers at 1101 S. Saginaw Street in Flint.

Dale is the CEO of Resource Genessee, a well respected and effective local not-for-profit organization and a political science instructor at Mott Community College.
He is a resident of the College-Cultural Center Neighborhood, an active community volunteer and a former 2007 candidate for Mayor. And, Dale is one of the few hearty souls who attends Flint City Council meetings!
